A big problem is that in urban areas, most grassy areas get peed on and pooped on by dogs and then SOME clueless homeless people lay on the grass. Once I realized this went on, I STOPPED laying on the grass in urban areas.
If you want homeless people to be healthy, it would help to have designated areas for dogs to relieve themselves instead of pretending this isn't an inherent conflict of interest in areas with a lot of pavement.
